What happens if my pet doesn't like something in their Feast Box?
We always want you and your pet to be happy with the foods you receive. If there is something your pet can't eat or won't eat please contact us by phone (802-FRAZZLE). Together we can figure out the best way to handle your specific needs. Your pets health and happiness is very important to us!
I didn't receive my package, now what?
If you you have paid for a plan and your package does not arrive please contact us and let us know so we can fix the issue. Please keep in mind that packages ship on the 15th day of the month, so please allow a few days for your package to reach you. Remember, If there is bad weather, it may take a little longer for your package to arrive.
Can I cancel or get a refund for my subscription?
If you ever need to cancel your subscription, you can do this anytime by emailing us at email@example.com
In order to receive a refund on a monthly box purchase, you must request one before your box has shipped. Unfortunately, once the box has shipped we are unable to provide refunds. If you prepaid for a 3 or 6 month subscription, you will still receive the boxes that have already been paid for but your subscription will not renew.

YES! We have a passion for bettering the lives of all animals, which is why we have started the 'Funds fur Paws' initiative. For every purchase you make, we will be providing 20 meals to shelter animals through one of our many charity partners who are devoted to transforming the lives of animals
